This month the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) created some amazing zoom backgrounds to help social workers around the country feel pride for their hard work. Since the pandemic social workers have been working harder than ever and it is nice to share our stories of how we support others. Social Work Month in March is a time to celebrate the great profession of social work. The theme for Social Work Month 2022 is The Time is Right for Social Work.

I specialize in a variety of mindfulness-based interventions that support people in rediscovering creative ways to regulate their thoughts, emotions, and actions to live happier lives.
