is any activity you enjoy doing that brings you joy, happiness, that is not stressful, and helps you pause and enjoy the present moment.

Mixology

is an art or skill of combining various drinks and ingredients to create a tasty beverage to improve the mood.

Mental Health Herbs

are plants that have an effect on how we think, feel, and act. They are tied to our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Research has shown they reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and can improve focus.

My Style of Mindfulness

Sometimes our daily routines consume us and we often forget to engage in self-care. It is really nice after a long day to connect with herbs and fresh fruits. It can really helps shift your mood in a positive direction and remove life stressors. Creating a drink can help you pause and enjoy the present moment, while tapping into your sense of smell and taste.
